In spite of contending with nearly a year and a half of nagging injuries, Hunter has overcome adversity to qualify for his third Olympic Games in Beijing.
Hunter became the first American male triathlete in history to win the ITU World Cup series points championship and the title of ITU World #1 Triathlete. A six-time US Elite National Champion, Hunter has demonstrated his extraordinary versatility in both draft-legal ITU events and non-drafting triathlons.
Voted the United States Olympic Committee’s Sportsman of the Year, Hunter Kemper is one of the most decorated triathletes in the sport of triathlon today.
Considered one of the top prospects to medal in Beijing, Hunter has been riding Rolf Prima wheels for the past five seasons and will be racing on Rolf Prima Carbon TT's again in Beijing.
