Time Factory Development Team

The Time Factory Development Team was formed with a primary mission to identify and develop talented young riders to fill the professional cycling ranks for years to come. The team management group hopes to establish and maintain a program and environment that allows riders to develop quickly and integrate themselves into the professional cycling ranks.
The most important functional aspect of the Time Development Team is the mentoring of our high potential athletes. It’s not enough to have physical strength and endurance without guidance and knowledge. What this program has most to offer its riders is a true education in the sport of cycling. The Development Team truly develops the riders as if they were apprenticed in a trade, learning what it takes to be successful as a professional rider.
