Elan Aero Wheels Now Available in Silver Color
Eugene, OR - Rolf Prima introduces a new twist on their popular lightweight category Elan Aero wheel system. A second color option, silver, will now be available for the 2006 model year. Both black and silver Elan Aero wheel models feature the same USA-made hubs, rim profile and heat-treated, aero profile spokes for added aerodynamic efficiency and faster average speeds.
"The Elan Aero wheel system is simply the lightest alloy wheel available - lighter than many carbon wheels" says T.J. Walsh, marketing director at Rolf Prima. "The silver color choice allows us to further address the needs and desires of consumers in this category. It made even more sense to us once we decided to discontinue the standard Elan model with silver spokes for 2006."
Elan Aero wheels climb faster and accelerate quicker than any other wheel in its class. An ideal climbing wheel, the Èlan Aero is also an excellent choice for criteriums and road racing where you're constantly speeding up and braking hard into corners. Only the Elan Aero black model will be available in 650c.
