A Custom Frame builder’s approach to Building Wheels

Rolf Prima offers riders three unique wheel specifications in the Aerodynamic wheel category. The models are named Vigor-SL, Vigor and Vigor-RS. The component specifications only differ by about 140 grams, but performance and wheel life are significantly affected. The Lightweight wheel category has two options with the Elan and Elan-RS.
