On-line Purchase policy: All closeout sales are final so please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to ordering. Except where specified, all Rolf Prima closeout products are fully covered by our warranty policy. Your credit card account will not be charged until we ship your purchase.
Shipping: Rolf Prima uses UPS Ground for all merchandise shipping. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, only street addresses. In-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Once the item is shipped, the customer will receive a UPS tracking number. Rolf Prima cannot ship closeout specials outside the United States.
